Penticton Channel Vloat

Channel Floating

If you have never floated down the Penticton Channel, then you are missing out. Enjoy a leisurely 1 to 1.5 hour ride from Lake Okanagan half way to Skaha Lake. For a few dollars you can take the on-site transportation back to the start. If you're feeling adventurous, float the entire way to Skaha Lake. Make sure to pack your sun screen and some cold drinks for the ride.

Penticton summers are packed full of festivals and cultural events such as Peachfest , the Okanagan Spring Wine Festival and the Ironman Canadian Triathlon, which is held every August and attracts thousands of guests each year.
