The arts come alive in the bustling city of Kelowna with a multitude of festivals that pay tribute to creativity.  Starting young, children have the opportunity to get their hands wet with sparkles at the Fat Cat Children's Festival.  Held each year in City Park, performers take to the stage to evoke a celebration of art and family.  In July and August Parks Alive, offering live music and cultural experiences, breathes life into the lakefront and downtown core.
